The products and services that are offered for sale on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com are provided by your school (‘School”) and its related community organizations (“Community Organization(s)”). This Agreement and the Policies referred to in this Agreement govern your use of Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com.
ACCESSING, BROWSING, MAKING PURCHASES AND OTHERWISE USING PAY4SCHOOLSTUFFONLINE.COM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PPI hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for the products and services sold on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph, and the closing of your account, without notice to you.

Links to and from Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com to third party sites do not constitute an endorsement by PPI, your School or Community Organizations of any third party websites or resources. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
When you visit Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You also agree that we may share your communications with your School and Community Organizations at our option, and you consent to receive communications from your School and Community Organization. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
CONTENT.
PPI does not review the materials posted to Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com by your School and Community Organizations, and PPI is not responsible for any such materials posted. PPI is not responsible for the accuracy of any content or other information displayed or distributed through Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com; reliance upon such content and information is at your own risk.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com is protected as a collective work and/or compilation under United States copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. All intellectual property, including but not limited to, text, graphics, button icons, and images, is either owned or controlled by PPI, your School and Community Organizations, and its other licensors and suppliers, and is protected by US and international copyright laws. All software used on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com is the property of PPI and its software suppliers and licensors.
“Payment Partnerships” is a US trademark owned by PPI, and its use without PPI’s express written permission is prohibited.
INFRINGEMENT POLICY.

PPI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF PAY4SCHOOLSTUFFONLINE.COM OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON PAY4SCHOOLSTUFFONLINE.COM. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF PAY4SCHOOLSTUFFONLINE.COM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

ANY RIGHTS OR LIMITS STATED HEREIN ARE THE MAXIMUM FOR WHICH WE, YOUR SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, THIRD PARTY LICENSORS, PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS ARE COLLECTIVELY RESPONSIBLE.
YOUR REMEDIES AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE.
CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

PPI is not responsible for the products and services sold on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com, nor for the content provided by your School and Community Organizations, nor for the actions or non-actions of your School and Community Organizations, or the financial institutions that process the payments for your purchases made on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com Your sole remedies for disputes you may have with regard to purchases made on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com are as set forth below:
If you have a dispute regarding any of the products and services that you have purchased on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com, such as problems with quality or non-delivery, you must contact your School and/or Community Organization that offered the disputed product or service (or you may call our toll free number, 1-877-EZPAYER/1-877-397-2937, for contact information); and/or
If you wish to dispute a charge for a purchase made on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com, you must contact the financial institution that processed your payment, such as your bank, credit card company or PayPal, and follow their procedures for your dispute.
CHANGES.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement (Terms of Use and our Policies) at our sole discretion at any time. Notice of such changes will be posted on Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com; it is your responsibility to review such notices before you make additional purchases.

You agree that venue shall be solely in Virginia, and that we will both submit to the jurisdiction of the federal or state courts, as appropriate, located in Virginia. We each consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by any such court with respect to any such proceeding, and consent to service of process by registered mail, return receipt requested, or in any other manner provided by law.
This Agreement, including this Terms of Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire Agreement between PPI and you with respect to your use of Pay4SchoolStuffOnline.com.
